Who We Are
Level Up Construction & Maintenance was founded by tradespeople who understood that commercial clients deserved better! Better communication, better workmanship, and a team that actually shows up and gets the job done.
We operate across five specialist service areas: commercial builds and upgrades, facilities maintenance, strata works, insurance repairs, and make safe works. Our clients include government bodies, councils, strata managers, insurers, and commercial property owners across Victoria and South East Queensland.
What sets us apart is simple — our directors are on the tools and on the ground. Every project is managed by people who have spent decades in the industry, understand the work at a trade level, and hold themselves accountable to the same standard they expect from their team.

Our leadership team brings together decades of hands-on trade experience, project management expertise, and a shared commitment to delivering quality commercial work.
Gary Clark
Gary is a registered builder in both commercial and domestic construction across Victoria and Queensland, and a registered carpenter in both states. With over 20 years of industry experience, Gary has an extensive background in quoting and running commercial and domestic projects from the ground up. His trade-level knowledge and hands-on approach ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Scott Leddie
With extensive experience across a Commercial Maintenance and Contract Management, Scott brings a strong background in operational delivery, stakeholder engagement and compliance across the Education, Aged-Care and Government sectors. Maintaining strong leadership qualities that inspire positivity and success, Scott sets the bar high across all levels of communication, delivery and ongoing training of internal staff members and our valued sub-contractor specialist trades. Approachable, Reliable and Realistic.
Brett Clark
Brett is a qualified carpenter and experienced site supervisor with a strong background in commercial and domestic construction. Brett manages day-to-day project delivery, coordinates trades on site, and ensures work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Mark Caloutti
Mark is a Cert IV-qualified Construction Manager with over six years of project management experience across a diverse range of construction projects, including large-scale school works, commercial refurbishments, building upgrades, insurance rectification, and facilities maintenance. He has extensive experience coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing project schedules and budgets, overseeing site operations, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Mark manages projects from initial planning through to completion, maintaining clear communication with clients and ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants and day-to-day operations.
